Products
Creations by JordAsh LLC (“Creations by JordAsh,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) creates handcrafted wood products, including coaster sets, cutting boards, keepsake boxes, gift sets, and custom or personalized pieces.
Because our products are handcrafted from natural wood, each piece may have variations in grain, color, knots, texture, and other natural characteristics. These variations are part of the beauty and uniqueness of handmade wood products and are not considered defects.
Product Descriptions
We make reasonable efforts to accurately describe and photograph our products. However, colors and appearance may vary depending on lighting, photography, wood characteristics, and the device used to view our website.
Dimensions are approximate and may vary slightly due to the handcrafted nature of our products.
Orders
An order is considered accepted once payment has been received and the order has been confirmed by Creations by JordAsh.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order when necessary, including in situations involving pricing errors, inventory limitations, suspected fraudulent activity, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Custom & Personalized Orders
Customers are responsible for reviewing names, dates, wording, spelling, and other information provided for personalized products before production begins.
Once production of a custom item has begun, changes may not be possible.
Pricing
Prices displayed on our website are subject to change without notice. The price charged for an order will be the price displayed at the time the order is placed.
Intellectual Property
The content of this website, including photographs, product descriptions, graphics, logos, branding, and original designs, belongs to Creations by JordAsh LLC unless otherwise stated.
Content may not be copied, reproduced, modified, or used commercially without written permission.
Website Use

Shipping Policy

Creations by JordAsh carefully packages each order to help ensure your handcrafted piece arrives safely.
Processing Times
Standard products are generally processed and prepared for shipment within 3–7 business days.
Custom and personalized orders may require additional processing time. Estimated completion times will be communicated during the custom-order process.
Shipping
Orders are shipped using the shipping method selected or provided at checkout.
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery times are controlled by the carrier and are not guaranteed by Creations by JordAsh.
Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.
If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the package.
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives visibly damaged, please photograph the package and its contents and contact us as soon as possible.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been shipped, tracking information will be provided when available. Carrier delays can occur and are outside our direct control.
If your package appears to be lost or significantly delayed, contact us and we will do our best to assist.
Local Pickup
If local pickup is offered for a particular product or order, pickup arrangements will be communicated directly with the customer.
International Shipping
Unless specifically stated otherwise, Creations by JordAsh currently ships within the United States.
